Ministry

OUR AUXILIARIES

You will find different ministries to meet the needs
of you & your family.
  • ARC Christian Education

Our Christian Education department is one of the most critical learning arms of the ministry. It serves as a seedbed for discipleship and development.

The Christian Education Arm also offers what we call “Continuing” Christian Ed. Continuing Christian Ed offers advanced Biblical subject matter teaching, Book studies, supplemental spiritual education, and Life education. Each month in Continuing Christian Ed. there is a different focus covering the various aspect of the whole man, i.e. relationships, finances, health, etc.

  • Kids to Teens!

    • Lil Architects: Ages 3 and 4... we are teaching them at a young age about Jesus!
    • Kingdom Kids: Kindergarten to 6th grade. We are teaching our children the foundation of the Bible and how to obey God (and their parents).
    • Teen-Tects: Middle & High Schoolers... we have a youth group for you. We teach lessons that apply to what you are going through right now. Want to know more about God and HOW to live as a teen in Christ.
  • ARC Hearts Marriage Ministry

Our ARC Hearts marriage ministry focuses on strengthening and building relationships. Building stronger marriages leads to stronger families. Stronger families create stronger churches, which ultimately lead to stronger communities. Marriage is uniquely and sacredly designed to display God’s kingdom on earth. When marriages improve, nearly everything else improves as a result. When marriages are hurting, the church and society suffers as a result as well.

In these last days, the institution of marriage is under constant attack with the threats of miscommunication, misunderstanding, infidelity, abuse, bitterness, separation and unfortunately even divorce. ARC Hearts Marriage Ministry will provide guidance and biblical truths to sustain and strengthen marriage relationships.

Mission Statement: Strengthening our ministry by strengthening our marriages

  • ARC Counseling & Therapeutic Arm

In accepting the spiritual mandate to recognize and effectively minister to the mental health maladies that are now openly plaguing the church and society, it is crucial that God’s people comprehend Isaiah’s prophecy, “...and He shall be called Wonderful, Counselor...”, Isaiah 9:6.

Hence, Isaiah’s prophecy was the forerunner for the work of Christ with the man that lay at the pool of Bethesda. Through employing the art of psychotherapy (exploration of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors), Jesus connected with the man’s mental disease by asking “...wilt thou be made whole...”, John 5:6. Being made “whole” is the impotence to which the ARC Counseling & Therapeutic Arm mental has been established. Its incorporation does not banish nor is it a substitute for the call to provide spiritual care. Rather, both are companions in the holistic ministry of mind, spirit, soul and body.

Through ARC’s Counseling & Therapeutic Arm, some of the core aims of this ministry are: 1) to provide awareness and insight concerning the hidden crisis that has lurked within our homes; 2) to teach the ills of shame, blame, and denial; 3) to provide the essential guidance (evidence-based practices) as it relates to seeking professional treatment; 4) to provide imperative guidance and information concerning assessments, diagnosis, and treatments; 5) to provide awareness concerning the need and differences between in and out patient care; and 7) to instill an urgency regarding completion of treatment.

With over 75 years ranging from work experience to post graduate degree obtainment, our in-house Counseling & Therapeutic ARM is ready to minister to your needs.

  • ARC SilverLiners

At ARC Ministries we honor the blessing of age. We are dedicated to serving our maturing members of our congregation who have a vital role in the life of the church, beginning at the age of 60 years old. As the Bible reminds us in Psalms 92, “Whoever trusts in the Lord will continue to bear good fruit at every stage of their life.” We continue to honor those who have paved the way for us through our Silver Liners Ministry.

Our Silver Liners are reminders of the beauty of God’s keeping power. They have navigated stages and seasons of life, and with the help of the Lord have obtained wisdom for those coming behind them. ARC Silver Liners provides a place and opportunities to use their God-given gifts, abilities, and wisdom through service, fellowship, and continuing education. Whether it is training a younger generation, sharing wisdom, or recounting God’s faithfulness in times of peril or serving the community while continuing their own pursuit of life, enrichment and spiritual growth. As we continue to grow and build our faith, we invite you to come grow with us in the Silver Liners Ministry as God continues to get the glory out of our lives.

Isaiah 44:21 “ I, the Lord, made you, and I will not forget you.  Always remember, you are not forgotten. Not by God. Be encouraged.”
